15th Annual Creative Arts & Scholarly Engagement (CASE) Festival
The Margaret Walker Center is pleased to announce the scheduled events for the 15th Annual Creative Arts & Scholarly Engagement (CASE) Festival, featuring writer and scholar Kiese Laymon, on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

The CASE Festival will feature Kiese Laymon’s keynote, student concurrent sessions, the three-person play The Debate for Democracy, a closing conversation with Prof. C. Liegh McInnis and Dr. Anita DeRouen, and the presentation of the $1,000 Margaret Walker Award, the $500 Doris Derby Social Justice Award, and the $500 John Jennings Award.
